Am I able to cancel my booking?

You’ll have the option to take out cancellation cover for a small charge. Please note, you must still cancel at least 24 hours before the booking. If you cancel after this time you will be subject to our normal terms and conditions. You cannot cancel a non-amendable, non-refundable product as per our terms and conditions.

To cancel, please contact Customer Services on 443301132120 (office hours only: Monday - Friday 09.00 to 17.00). Cancellation requests can only be accepted within office hours and are subject to our notice periods (see Terms and Conditions).

My vehicle details have changed, what can I do?

If you have chosen a flexible booking option, you can update your vehicle details free of charge up to 24 hours before. Log in to the 'MyAccount' section and submit a change request.

How can I change my booking?

You can amend your Birmingham Airport booking up to 24 hours before at no cost. Amendments made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a £5 amendment charge. The price could change if the dates and times differ from the original booking. You cannot change a non-amendable, non-refundable service as per our terms and conditions.

Can I pay on arrival?

What's the difference between on-airport and off-airport Birmingham car parks?

On-airport Birmingham car parks are on airport grounds, so transfers are quick. Off-airport car parks are outside the airport grounds but only a few miles away. All offsite car parks have free regular transfers running to and from the terminals.

Why do some car parks require me to leave my keys?

Some car parks enable you to park your car in the most convenient space when you arrive and will be moved by car park staff while you’re away. Then on your return, they can move it back for your convenience and a quick exit.

What's Meet and Greet parking?

Meet and Greet parking at Birmingham Airport is where your car is collected from you outside the terminal. Parked in a secured car park by a driver. Brought back to the terminal on your return from holiday.

How long will I have to wait for the shuttle bus?

This depends on the park and ride car park you have booked. Some of the shuttles run on a continuous loop, others run on demand. Waiting times vary but should never be longer than 20 minutes. Please check the car park page for more details.

If I have booked meet and greet parking at Birmingham Airport, what do I do once I return from my trip?

As with your arrival, the chauffeurs will need 20 minutes notice to bring your car to the pick-up point. We advise that you call them once you have collected your luggage from the carousel to avoid having to wait for their arrival. Once you have met the driver, they will return your car and you will be able to drive home.

It's extremely convenient and great if you’re disabled, travelling with children, or have lots of luggage. You can simply walk to check-in while the rest is done for you.

If I have booked meet and greet parking at Birmingham Airport, what do I do on the day?

The meet and greet parking process couldn’t be simpler.

Please check your booking confirmation and underneath the arrival procedure, there is a telephone number for the Meet and Greet provider that you have booked. Call 20 minutes prior to your arrival at your airport terminal. Proceed to the pick-up point with your booking confirmation/reference. The parking attendant will take the car to a secure car park. Leaving you free to head to check-in.

What if my flight back to Birmingham is delayed and I overrun my parking time?

Don't worry, your car will still be safe until you return. When you arrive back at the car park, you can pay for the extra hours or days you exceed locally. Extra hours or days will be charged at the car park's gate rate.

What happens if we return early?

Please contact the car park or meet and greet provider to inform them of your early return. Refunds cannot be made for part or unused stays. The car park contact details are on your booking confirmation.

How do I obtain a VAT or credit/debit card receipt?
